An Understanding With Our 2024 Golden Members

1. Our Golden Membership was designed with the casual golfer in mind. It is a 1-year or 2-year, pre-paid green fee program and applies to open play periods. Parameters of the 2024 or 2024-2025 membership is:
   
   • Not applicable to leagues, tournaments, or club events.
   
   
   • Open play after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
   
   
   • Open play after 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays.


2. Tee times are awarded three (3) days or 72 hours in advance or less. Tee times will be issued by one of the following two methods:
   
   1. In person at the golf shop.
   2. Through a golf shop attendant by calling 608-526-3225.
   No tee times are issued via: voice mail, email, facebook or texting.


3. You must show up for your tee time or you will lose advanced tee time privileges and only be allowed walk-on availability. You may be paired with other golfers to maximize the tee sheet. Anniversary members may not join Platinum members or green fee paying players on their advanced or standing tee time prior to the 3-day rule. JUNIOR MEMBERS:You must be at least 13-years-old and be approved by the golf shop to make a tee time. Golfers under 13 must be escorted by an adult.


4. All golfers and guests must check in with the golf shop before going to the tee and agree to play the holes in the designated order. Golfers must follow standard golf etiquette.


5. Drugan’s will supply and distribute ALL food and beverages at the facility. You agree that you and your guests will not bring food or alcoholic beverages onto the property that were not purchased at Drugan’s.


6. This Golden Membership is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.


7. If card is lost or stolen, replacement cards will incur a $25.00 administration fee.
